Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms of sale. All orders are subject to availability of products in stock, price confirmation and acceptance of your order.

When placing an order, you will receive the summary by email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but recognition of your buying interest. A sale is only established when you receive an email notifying that your order has been sent.

Charges and conditions of delivery are considered in the final price.

With the Post office. You will receive a card on your mailbox about where the item can be picked up.

Refund Policy

We are happy to compensate our Customers for any damages arising from unforeseen circumstances as lost items on delivery, damaged items on delivery, etc. Witch is clearly not the Customer fault.

We guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to solve any problem.

Delivery Information

Brazilian Tapioca seeks the most economic, fast and safe way to ship your orders.  Now we accept orders from anywhere in NSW & QLD.

Orders are only shipped after confirmed receipt of values (instantly in the case of payment by credit card). Our Product is available for immediate delivery!

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery your item will be delivered in the nearest Post office. Australia post will leave the details on your mailbox.
