WHAT'S TAPIOCA?

Made from cassava (also known as yuca or manioc), the tapioca has been part of the Brazilian indigenous diet for thousands of years. More specifically, the Tupi-Guarani people, who occupied the eastern coastal strip of Brazil.

Later on Tapioca was considered the new bread by the Portuguese settlers in Brazil. They soon realized tapioca was a more nutritious and easier food to prepare than their usual wheat bread.

The coolest thing about tapioca is that it is a perfect match to your favourite ingredients, especially the fresh and nutritious ones. Tapioca will wrap them up and your meal/snack will be ready to go.
