Brazilian Cheese Bread

    Ingredients

    • 500g Hydrated Tapioca Starch 
    • 250g Cream cheese
    • 100g Parmesan Cheese (grated)

    How to cook:

    Preheat oven to 170C

    In a mixing bowl combine the flour and the cream cheese.

    Mix with your hand until the mixture is well combined

    Add the Parmesan cheese and if you like add a pinch of salt.

    Then roll into little balls

    Bake for around 25 minutes or until golden.
