Honestly easiest way to make a GF burger, specially with this absolute game changer that is the tapioca maker! No mess, and dinner sorted in 10 minutes.

You’ll need:

-Hydrated Tapioca Flour ( +tapioca maker for extra convenience)
- Mince
- Optional toppings: I had lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese and homemade “big mac sauce”.

Cook your tapioca flatbread as usual and add mince on top, already on a burger shape. Then flip to cook the meat. Flip again and add your favourite toppings!

Starting the day with TRIPLE CHOCOLATE crepioca 🫣😂

Here’s the recipe:

1 egg
2 tbs of Hydrated Tapioca Flour
1 tbs of cacao powder
1 tbs of milk of choice

Mix the batter and pour into a frypan and cook it like a pancake.

Then I drizzled melted white chocolate inside and dark outside. I had with raspberries, but honestly? This will be delicious with any fruit you like!

Turn it into a Rice Croquette (Bolinho de Arroz). Sooo good, and also a great lunch box snack for the kids! 🤤

1.5 cups of rice
1 egg
1 tbs of Brazilian Hydrated Tapioca
3 tbs of parmesan cheese
Herbs (optional) - fresh or dried.

Mix everything until you have a nice “cake”. This can be deep fried, but I cooked in the air fryer and honestly it was bomb!

BRAZILIAN STYLE CHICKEN FRITTATA 🇧🇷

If you’re the “what the heck do I put in my kid’s lunch box tomorrow” kind of person, you’ll absolutely love this recipe.

It’s so hard to have ideas of a protein packed, healthy snack for our little ones, so I’ve been making this pretty much every week!

PS: you can also pour the “batter” on a muffin tray to make it even easier to pack later on.

You’ll need:

3 eggs
1 cup of Hydrated Brazilian Tapioca
500g shredded chicken
1 shredded carrot
1 diced tomato
Corn and peas
Cheese
Parsley
1 tea spoon of olive oil
1 tbs of baking powder
1 tbs of bone broth mayo (optional)
Salt
Pepper

Mix the flour and eggs first, then add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Note that you can be creative and change things up: ham instead of chicken, spinach and cheese, pretty much any combination will work!
Bake it at 180C for 30 min or until golden brown. *Might be quicker on the muffin trays.

HEALTHY DORITOS RECIPE!

So, I saw this recipe online some time ago and was super keen to try it out! This is how it goes:

2 tbs of Hydrated Tapioca Flour
2 tbs of parmesan cheese
1 tbs of smoked paprika
3 tbs of hot water (I didn’t measured exactly 😬, but you can check the consistency on the video: runny but with a bit of body).

Then I placed the mixture into a bake tray and put it in the airfryer for 18 minutes at 200C.

Reaaaally happy with the result! Does it taste exactly like doritos? No. But it is a great little snack, gf, and a LOT healthier than your standard doritos, I will do it more often for myself and for the girls!

1. The right sieve: The best sieve to use is one with bigger holes. If the holes on your sieve are too small, your tapioca therefore will be too fine, and more likely to crack on the pan. If this is your case, I recommend using a little bit more flour, specially on the sides of the pan. But the best thing to do is buy a better sieve. CARAVAN CREPIOCA RECIPE 🚌 🌞

During our trip all our oldest daughter wanted to eat for breakfast was bread and butter. But I really wanted to make her something healthier and wholesome so she could enjoy all our adventures without feeling hungry right after breakfast.

So this SIMPLE recipe has been our staple in the caravan:

CREPIOCA

1 egg
2 Tbs of Hydrated Tapioca Flour
Salt and pepper.

Just pour the batter over on a medium heat frypan (no oil needed if it’s non stick) and wait the magic happen. Yep. As easy as that. This makes one crepioca, so just increase the recipe depending on how many you’d like.

You can also play with it! Add a little honey and cinnamon for a sweet version, cacao or maple syrup! Cheese and ham also makes it sooo good!
